This week, our school community came together to celebrate Wellbeing Week.

🌳 Nature Walk

Students enjoyed a refreshing nature walk, taking time to appreciate the outdoors, notice the signs of the season, and enjoy calm conversations with friends. Connecting with nature helped us slow down and feel grounded.

🧘 Zen Yoga

Our Zen yoga sessions gave everyone the chance to stretch, breathe deeply, and relax. Through gentle movement and mindful breathing, pupils learned simple techniques to help manage stress and find moments of calm throughout their day.

🍓 Healthy Fruit Platter

We fuelled our bodies with a delicious and colourful fruit platter. It was a great reminder of how healthy food supports both physical wellbeing and concentration in the classroom.

🥞 Pancake Tuesday Treat

We celebrated Pancake Tuesday with tasty pancakes enjoyed together as a school community.Everyone was involved in helping make them and sharing them out. Food and laughter is an important part of wellbeing too!

🎨 Mindfulness Colouring

In classrooms, students took part in mindfulness colouring activities. This quiet, creative time helped improve focus, encourage relaxation, and promote positive mental health.

💌 Gratitude Thank You Letters

As part of homework, the children are wrote thank you letters reflecting three things they are grateful for. Practising gratitude helps us develop a positive mindset and appreciate the people and experiences that make us happy.

Wellbeing Week has been a wonderful opportunity to remind everyone that looking after our wellbeing is important every day. We are proud of the kindness, positivity, and enthusiasm shown by all our pupils throughout the week! 🌟
