Christmas Markets 2022

During the Christmas period lots of us enjoy visiting the Christmas Markets that pop up all over the place. Although Christmas is over, we would like to share some of the highlights of the Stokane NS Christmas Market 2022 with you.

Every year just before the holidays we hold an in-school Christmas Market for the pupils. It’s a lovely way to get everyone feeling festive and ready for all the excitement to come! Fifth and Sixth class pupils set up and run stalls for the younger students to visit and enjoy.

 Just like a real Christmas Market we get a huge variety of stalls and stall holders! This year we had lots of games including Giant Connect 4, Lego, a Paper Cup knock down, Golf and Pin the Tail on Rudolph.   Some of the students had been very busy in the kitchen and brought in yummie baked goods. There was also Cookie decorating……. and eating! There was facepainting, a Christmas  Colouring stall and pupils could partake in a Christmas Quiz. There was a “Guess how many sweets in the jar” competition that everybody entered (including the staff!), one of our lucky Fourth-class students took home the prize.

Well done to our Senior pupils who did a great job of planning, setting up and running their stalls.
